The Florida Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) Center is funded by the Florida Department of Transportation Office of Freight, Logistics and Passenger Operations. The program is administered by the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida. -
National Rural Transit Assistance Program
National RTAP provides access to training materials, provides technical assistance, guides the creation of web-based applications, produces reports, publishes best practices, conducts research, and offers peer assistance for rural and tribal transit providers and state RTAP programs.

RTAP Listserv
