Description
This important training, presented by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), that will guide you through the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements of obtaining, maintaining, and displaying US Department of Transportation (USDOT) numbers on applicable vehicles. The presenter will explain all relevant Federal laws and State Statutes that support the use of USDOT numbers on applicable vehicles. Pertinent resources will also be provided. This webinar is hosted in partnership between FHP, FDOT, and CUTR.
Also included in the recording: Diana Byrnes, CSAPA provides guidance about 49 CFR Part 655: Prevention of Prohibited Drug Use and Alcohol Misuse in Transit Operations and FMSCA regulations for 5310-only agencies who operate a vehicle which requires a Commercial Drivers License.
