The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District One Modal Development Office has partnered with the Florida Heartland Rural Economic Development Initiative, Inc. (FHREDI) to develop an overall mobility improvement process for the six counties and four communities included in the FHREDI region, commonly referred to as the Heartland region. The Heartland Rural Mobility Plan (HRMP) is the result of this cooperative effort. View PDF
