REACT – Reasonable Suspicion Drug and Alcohol Testing Decision Training for FTA Covered Supervisors is a training video that, when used in conjunction with the Participant Workbook and Instructor’s Guide, meets the FTA supervisor reasonable suspicion training requirement (49 CFR Part 655.14). The video addresses the signs and symptoms of probable prohibited drug use and probable alcohol misuse and identifies the best practices in making a referral for reasonable suspicion testing.
