This Resource Guide has been developed for the Florida Department of Transportation by the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida to help local agencies identify various resources that can assist them in accomplishing their objectives. Included within this document is information about local, state and federal funding programs that provide financial resources for transit operations, planning, marketing, special programs and projects, as well as other activities.
